Before you enquire.
A clear starting point for planning your session or programme.
How are fees and packages agreed?+
Fees are quoted against the agreed scope, preparation, delivery location and follow-up. For individual support, tell me which service you need and whether you prefer one-to-one or group learning. For organisations, share the audience, team size and goal so we can define the programme and its fee before you commit.
Can sessions be online, onsite or hybrid?+
Sessions can be delivered live online or in person, by arrangement. If you need a hybrid format or delivery in Jordan or the UAE, include that in your enquiry so we can confirm the practical arrangements.
How long does a workshop take?+
The duration depends on the topic and the depth of practice. Each workshop card gives a typical or suggested structure. Some courses run across several sessions; final timings and any follow-up are agreed in the proposal.
What group size works best?+
For interactive workshops, a group of 8–16 is a useful starting point, with smaller groups for detailed individual feedback. These are recommendations, not fixed limits. Share your expected numbers so we can agree a suitable approach.
Can the content be tailored to our organisation?+
Yes. We start with the challenge you want to address, the audience and what people should be able to do afterwards. Examples, exercises and emphasis can then reflect your working environment. The proposal sets out the agreed scope.
Are sessions available in Arabic and English?+
Sessions can be delivered in Arabic or English, by arrangement. Tell me your preferred language when you enquire so the content and materials can be planned accordingly.
